We highly appreciate the personal exchange on-site. For those of you who are not able to attend in person, we still provide virtual access to the conference, so online participation is also possible from wherever it is most convenient for you!

Please use the below provided registration forms for your conference bookings.

Please use the bookings from abroad registration form only if you wish to book the digital event and the registered office of the company to which the invoice is issued is not in Germany. Please note that you must indicate the VAT ID number in the form. Thank you.

The participation fee includes the following services:

• a two-day conference pass with access to all keynotes and panel discussions
• refreshments during breaks (for on-site participation only)
• lunch on both days (for on-site participation only)
• evening event on the first day of the conference (for on-site participation only)
• networking with leading international executives and experts
• opportunity to visit the accompanying trade exhibition (for on-site participation only)
• access to on-demand video

After we have received your registration, we will shortly send you a booking confirmation and an invoice, which needs to be settled before the event starts.

In the event of cancellations, past cancellation deadline (14 days before the event), or no-show, the full participation fee will be charged; however a substitute participant may be provided. Cancellations for on-site tickets before this date will be charged with 150,00 Euro. Digital tickets cannot be cancelled. All changes or cancellations must be made in written format. The organizer reserves the right to relocate, change, or cancel the entire event or individual parts of it at short notice.

Your personal details will be processed by SV Veranstaltungen GmbH for the purpose of customer care (e.g. confirmation of registration). Furthermore, we use your data for our internal market research. In addition, SV Veranstaltungen GmbH and the Institute for Factory Automation and Production Systems (FAPS) of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg FAPS also occasionally inform you by e-mail about similar offers or services (e.g. the same or similar events) of SV Veranstaltung GmbH and the co-organisers expressly named in the event, FAPS. In addition, you will be continuously informed about the latest research results and technology transfer activities of the Institute for Factory Automation and Production Systems (FAPS).
