He has over 20 years’ experience in Automotive and embedded Software delivery and management.

Being responsible for the Automotive Business Line of Wind River and Luxoft, he has built up international teams with employees in Japan, Korea, China, South East Asia, Europe and USA. He developed and deployed a CMMI certified project management excellence and introduced agile software development in automotive.

He has served Tier1s, semiconductor vendors and vehicle manufacturers around the world in Japan, Asia Pacific, EMEA and USA.

In 2009 he was instrumental in setting up the GENIVI Aliance, and served as member of the Strategy Council and the Board for several years.
